Throughout our new LivingFuelTV series, SuperFit Without The Gym, we’ve talked with 57-year-old natural fitness expert John Peterson about the amazing benefits of using your own body as your gym. Today, John demonstrates three advanced-level Tiger Exercises – the Bridge, The Tiger Stretch Push-up and the Tiger Squat. Major Medical Study Shows Plant-Based Protein the Key to Weight Loss

While they may work for some people, it can be hard to keep the weight off. One thing experts know for sure is that protein plays an important role in both healthy eating and weight loss.
