The quote above was particulary compelling from a man who exercised over twelve hours per day for five straight days in completing the astonishing  EPIC5 Challenge— five individual iron distance triathlons (swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, and run 26.2 miles) totaling over 700 grueling miles in five consecutive days on five different Hawaiian islands.
