Every day, we inspire children within our circle of influence by our example.  In turn, children often inspire us
to live a more healthy and whole life.

Take exercise, for example.  With limitless varieties of exercise to choose from, such as weight lifting, walking,
running, swimming, group fitness classes, and elliptical machines, just to name just a few, how do we choose
a program and get started?  And once we’ve begun, how do we stay motivated toward greater fitness goals?
Let’s take a cue from the kids!

Today, on LivingFuelTV, meet 5-year-old Joshua and 15-year-old Austin.  They’ve teamed together and
developed a full-body flexibility routine that requires no equipment and minimal time.  Learn why flexibility
is so important for adults and children alike.  You’ll also see Joshua and Austin demonstrate and explain
their program and you’ll be amazed at Joshua’s flexibility.  We hope you’re inspired and encouraged to
create your own program at home.  The rules—start slowly, be safe, and have fun!

Monica Craichy and her daughters, Sarah and Grace, show how they use SuperFood for SuperHealth!

Audio Transcription:

Monica: Hi, my name’s Monica Craichy, and I’m the wife of KC Craichy who is the Founder and CEO of Living Fuel. I have my two beautiful daughters with me today in the kitchen, and we’re going to show you their special recipes on their Living Fuel super smoothiesthat are so delicious and so fresh and have only natural ingredients. There are no hormones or any junk like that in it. I wanted each girl to show you what they love to do each day. So Gracie, let’s start with you. Are you ready to make a shake? All right, let’s do it. What do you like to put in first?

Gracie: The chocolate milk.

Monica: This is organic chocolate almond milk. Gracie likes to add a little bit of that into her blender. And then, what’s the second thing you like to add?

Gracie: A little bit of almond white milk.

Monica: OK. This is her vanilla almond milk that’s organic, also. And what’s your next thing that you like to add?

Gracie: I like to add the ice.

Monica: A little bit of ice. Why don’t you just pour that in there? That should do it. Good. That’s wonderful. What’s your next thing you like to add?

Gracie: A little water.

Monica: A little bit of water, OK. Tell me when to stop. That’s good. And what’s your last thing?

Gracie: This.

Monica: What is that?

Gracie: It’s SuperBerry.

Monica: SuperBerry Living Fuel. That’s blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and cranberries all blended into this wonderful powder. Let’s put the lid on and push it down real tight so we don’t have an avalanche, an explosion. OK, ready? Awesome. Sounds like it’s ready. Now, what do we do? Let’s pour this delicious thing into the glass. All right.

Gracie: Uh-oh.

Monica: That’s OK. It’s a little wiggly. Beautiful. And do you want to add your strawberry?

Gracie: Mm-hmm.

Monica: She likes to add a little garnish. Now, taste it. See if that’s the way you like it. I think she likes it. Gracie, do you like it?

Gracie: Mm-hmm.

Monica: OK. You keep drinking and let’s go to Sarah. Sarah, now your recipe’s a little bit different from Gracie’s, so let’s see. What’s the first thing that you like to add?

Sarah: I like to add a little bit of raspberries.

Monica: Mm-hmm.

Sarah: And then, some strawberries.

Monica: A-ha. Sarah: And then, a little bit of orange juice.

Monica: OK. Nice. Sarah: And some water.

Monica: OK. Nice. Sarah: And then, some Fuel.

Monica: Do you want me to get the Fuel?

Sarah: Yes.

Monica: All right. And this is adding, like Gracie, the blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, cranberries, all those wonderful proteins added to it. All right. Hold that lid on. Oh, that looks yummy. That looks like a good smoothie. And see, it’s so easy, even a kid can do it. How’s that taste?

Sarah: Really good.

Monica: Awesome. Well, thanks for letting us share today our special recipes with you. This is literally their breakfast every morning, and you can make slight variations on it to change it up a little bit, too. But I know that, especially for children, this is so wonderfully nutritious. It’s so much better than a bowl of oatmeal or just a bowl of cereal, so we encourage you to check it out, www.livingfuel.com. We’ve got lots of recipes, and we thank you for joining us today.

KC Craichy and his sons, Kyle and Austin, share how they use SuperFood for SuperHealth!

Audio Transcription:

KC: Hi, I’m KC Craichy, Founder and CEO of Living Fuel, and these are my two eldest sons, Kyle and Austin Craichy, and we’re going to demonstrate to you how these guys make their own Fuel. Each of my kids, I have five kids, and they each make it their own way. Now, Kyle will generally have, at least, two Fuels a day and Austin, one or two Fuels a day and generally if they’re playing sports, they’ll have it before the sport so it’s not heavy in their stomach, and sometimes they’ll have it after the sport. Anyway, Kyle, would you like to demonstrate how you go about doing this?

Kyle: Sure.

KC: He uses the shaker cup much like I did as you see, some people use blenders.

Kyle: What I do is I just do a scoop of the SuperBerry Ultimate and then a scoop of the Greens, SuperGreens. I mainly do this just because it’s fast, and you don’t have to get anything out of the refrigerator or anything like that. Pour the water into it.

KC: Straight up, the hard core way.

Kyle: A little more water. Then, you just drink it.

KC: Like father, like son. Again, the ultimate fast food. Now, Austin, how do you make your fuel? Austin generally will use a blender. He likes the super smoothie experience. Now, when we are traveling or in a hurry, he always goes to the blender bottle, but he prefers the blender.

Austin: I put some SuperBerry Ultimate in it, usually two scoops and then some ice.

KC: Or chilled water, either way.

Austin: A splash of orange juice and some banana.

KC: Now, this recipe is absolutely delicious. It is completely a treat. You might have gone with too much water this time, but delicious. It’s just that simple, folks, the ultimate fast food as an experience or as an ultimate fast food. For more information, go to LivingFuel.com. Thanks for joining us.

KC and Monica Craichy share how to feed superfood to young children for Super Health.

Audio Transcription:

KC: Hi, I’m KC Craichy, Founder and CEO of Living Fuel. This is my wife Monica and my youngest son Joshua, 2 years old. Foundational nutrition is for everyone, and everyone has the same foundational needs starting with me all the way down to this young man here. It is fantastic how the same nutrition that works for him also works for pregnant and nursing women, people who want to get pregnant, world-class athletes, people who are trying to optimize their weight, and so forth. So, what we’re going to demonstrate today is how you make your fuel and how Joshua likes it the same way.

Monica: Joshua loves to share fuels. You want to make a Fuel?

Joshua: Yes.

Monica: Let’s do it. Now, one thing I want to say. We’re going to put it in a bottle, but what I’ve done is I’ve taken a little scissor and made the hole a little bit bigger because we have these fantastic chia seeds in the fuel. And so, a regular hole is not going to let those come through. But we just do water and the fuel, and we’re going to do it in a shaker cup, OK Joshy?

Joshua: Yeah.

Monica: Are you ready?

Joshua: Yeah.

Monica: Now, this is our shaker cup, and inside, can you pull the ball out?

Joshua: Yeah.

Monica: Show him the ball. We have this really great ball inside that when you shake it, it just stirs up the fuel even better. So, let’s put it back in, and let’s have papa put in the fuel.

KC: Josh, you’re going to do a scoop of berry, SuperBerry Ultimate, right?

Joshua: Yeah.

KC: A scoop of SuperGreens, right?

Joshua: Yeah.

KC: And a scoop of LivingProtein. OK?

Joshua: OK.

Monica: Now, we’re just going to add a little bit of water. I usually add about 12 to 14 ounces for me, and Joshua is going to share it with me. And Josh, you want to help me pour the orange juice?

Joshua: Yeah.

Monica: We’re going to do a little splash just to add a little sweet taste to it. All right. Now, let’s put our lid on, and we’ll have Papa shake it up. OK?

Joshua: OK.

Monica: Are you hungry?

Joshua: Yeah.

Monica: I’m getting hungry. Can’t wait to have some of that.

KC: Here’s your Fuel.

Joshua: I want to pour some.

Monica: You want to pour some? OK. We can add a little splash, that’s fine. Add a little splash. There we go. And now, let’s have our Fuel. Ready? Will you help me pour the Fuel?

Joshua: Yeah.

Monica: Let’s do it. Pour it in there. I’ll give you that much, and since we’re sharing I’m going to have some, too.

Joshua: Oh-oh.

Monica: You’ll do it? OK. Spin it? Ready? Let me get that on there good.

KC: We often also add coconut milk as well. It’s a great fat for kids.

Monica: Are you ready? Let’s drink together. Get your bottle. Here we go. Cheers. Drink.

KC: Drink it, Joshy. Good boy.

Monica: Mmm. That’s delicious. Does that taste good?

Joshua: Yeah.

KC: That’s all it takes. It’s simple as that, for everyone from pregnant mothers to world-class athletes to little babies. If you’re interested in pregnant nursing mothers who wrote an article called “Super Pregnancy”, you can email the company and we’ll be happy to send it to you. Thanks for joining us.

Monica: Bye. Say bye-bye.

Joshua: Bye-bye.

KC Craichy SuperHealth Podcasts: How Boston Red Sox Outfielder JD Drew’s Family Uses LivingFuel

KC Craichy interviewed Boston Red Sox outfielder the summer after he won the All-Star MVP award in 2008. In this SuperHealth Podcast episode, JD shares how his wife and children use LivingFuel products to achieve Super Health!

Audio Transcription:

KC: Hello, I’m KC Craichy, Founder and CEO of Living Fuel, here with my friend, JD Drew. Welcome back, JD.

JD: Hey, brother.

KC: JD Drew is the right fielder for the Boston Red Sox. And we’re talking about super nutrition in baseball and in life. And in another segment, we talked about how Living Fuel worked for you in your athletics. Today, I want to turn a little bit to the family because I know it’s gone from you to Sheigh and to the kids.

JD: Right.

KC: So, how does that work?

JD: I think more than anything myself, as a career, I’ve used it. But I think as a father, the important thing is my family. I’m often on the field trying to perform, but the longevity of a baseball life is going to be 10 to 15 years at the most. I want to watch my kids grow healthy, watch my boy and girl have the benefits that I may not have had as a kid. Things have changed so much even from when I was little as far as nutrition, things that kids have available to them. As we started researching on how we were going to go through childbirth and all that stuff, my wife was on Living Fuel the whole time she was pregnant with Jack and Ella, and we were just in a situation where the best for our kids as parents, we could do for them would be great. Jack’s been on Living Fuel Greens from the time he was born really, just out of a bottle or a sippy cup and Ella is the same way. Now, they see me, and they’re drinking shakes. The thing that gets me is my son eats it in a bowl of applesauce, and I think I’ve often told you that I have no idea how he pulls this off, but we mix in about half a scoop of greens in a bowl of applesauce and he just downs it. It looked pretty good to me one day, so I thought I might try it but it didn’t quite taste …

KC: Wasn’t as good to you as it was to him.

JD: He loves it. But Sheigh is faithful in drinking it every morning. The kids, depending on what time of day it is, they’re eating bowls of applesauce with Living Fuel or shakes of Living Fuel. It’s been great.

KC: Now, my kids mix it in yogurt, and SuperBerryin yogurt is really very yummy. It’s delicious.

JD: Yeah, I tried Jack on SuperBerry, but for whatever reason he likes the Greens.

KC: He’s a real man.

JD: Yeah, he’s a real man. I guess when he was little we said, “Hey, we’re not going to give him any extra fruit. We’ll make him eat these first”, and he loves it. But yogurt is a great idea because the kids love it, and I think that would be a definite option for people that, for whatever reason Jack just loves the applesauce. I think I talked to you and said, “Hey throw it in a little bit of applesauce every now and then, and it’s just a breakfast of champions.

KC: Breakfast of champions.

JD: Not for me, but for Jack it works well.

KC: That’s awesome. You know, that’s interesting, because every taste is a learned experience other than sugar. People talk about their kids not eating their spinach and all that sort of thing, so when you start them the way you started them, you actually create a palate enjoying things that are good for them.

JD: I can see that as my kids have gotten older. I can absolutely tell that because certain things that they’ve tried the first time they’ve hated, and then they try again and it’s just that acquired taste. We started Jack with Greens early just to, we knew the benefits of that, and because of that, he still to this day will get up and we’ll say, “Hey, Jack, what do you want for dinner?” “I’ll just have applesauce and Living Fuel.” For a kid to ask that it makes me proud because I know that the nutrition that he’s getting is absolutely tremendous for him.

KC: That’s awesome. You like guacamole right?

JD: My wife eats it. My acquired taste for guacamole is not very …

KC: Hasn’t got there yet. Well, if you like guacamole, if you put green Fuel in guacamole, you cannot taste the Fuel at all.

JD: Is that right?

KC: You can actually make a whole meal out of it. It’s kind of cool.

JD: I can definitely do that, because my wife and my son will tear that stuff up.

KC: OK. Well, give that a try.

JD: Absolutely.

KC: Well, JD, thanks for sharing. And it’s always a pleasure to have you here.

JD: You got it, bro.

KC: God bless you. Well, here’s to your super health.
