Metabolic disorders are nearing epidemic proportions in the U.S. as more and more Americans are being diagnosed as diabetic or pre-diabetic. It is my belief that diabetes and Syndrome X are two of the greatest health risks facing the American people today, because these conditions lead to virtually every other “disease of aging.”
