Today on LivingFuelTV, we re-visit our popular series, SuperFit Without The Gym featuring 59-year-old natural fitness expert John Peterson on the amazing benefits of using your own body as your gym.  Today, John demonstrates three advanced-level Tiger Move Exercises—the Bridge, the Tiger Stretch Push-up, and the Tiger Squat.  While these challenging exercises are not necessarily for beginners, be encouraged that you, too, can get here!  And you don’t want to miss the bonus footage and the end of the episode!
