Today on LivingFuelTV we revisit one of our most popular series, SuperFit Without The Gym with natural fitness expert John Peterson.  The series presented the amazing benefits using your own body as your gym and discussed the powerful 7 Tiger Moves.  Today, John demonstrates three advanced-level Tiger Moves—the Bridge, the Tiger Stretch Push-up and the Tiger Squat.  While these challenging exercises are not necessarily for beginners, be encouraged that you, too, can get here!  And you don’t want to miss the bonus footage and the end of the episode!
