Listen to news reports, government officials, and national health “experts” and you’ll likely come away with the idea that the answer to the Ebola virus lies in a pharmaceutical vaccine that will inoculate us from this potentially deadly invader. In the same way, we’re told that the annual flu shot protects us during flu season. Even if an Ebola vaccine touted the same success rate as the annual flu vaccine, it would still be virtually worthless!
