Throughout our new LivingFuelTV series, SuperFit Without The Gym, we’ve talked with 57-year-old natural fitness expert John Peterson about the amazing benefits of using your own body as your gym. Today, John demonstrates three advanced-level Tiger Exercises – the Bridge, The Tiger Stretch Push-up and the Tiger Squat. While these challenging exercises are not for necessarily for beginners, be encouraged that you, too, can get here! And you don’t want to miss the bonus footage and the end of this week’s episode!
