A favorite timeless holiday treat is rich, sweet, creamy eggnog. However, “traditional” eggnog is loaded with sugar and conventional dairy—choices that can de-rail your wellness goals.  Instead, try Living Fuel’s take on eggnog, LivingFuel Super Eggnog, featuring our revolutionary plant protein LivingProtein and real organic eggs.  Enjoy all of the taste and goodness of real eggnog this season without the sugar and dairy (and guilt!).  This decadent recipe fuels you and your family with 320 delicious calories, 25g of plant protein, and 5g of fiber.

Merry Christmas!

LivingFuel Super Eggnog

1 cup chilled organic almond milk or coconut milk
2 organic eggs
1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
½ teaspoon organic nutmeg
¼ frozen banana

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.  If you prefer your eggnog a bit less thick, add ¼ to ½ cup of water and blend until desired consistency is achieved. Enjoy!
