Every meal you replace with a SuperSmoothie or Micro SuperSmoothie will be lower in calories and higher in nutrition than just about anything else with similar nutrients you could eat.

During your FUEL Fast, you should not feel hungry, and you should be able to carry on a regular routine, including exercise and athletic activities, with a high level of energy. Continue the fast for as many days as you feel comfortable or until you reach your desired weight. Athletic activities will increase your need for calories, carbohydrates, and protein.
