LivingProtein, Living Fuel’s revolutionary Functional Superfood Protein is not only powerfully nutritious and delicious, but is also incredibly versatile.  Often used to increase protein and fiber in LivingFuel SuperSmoothies, LivingProtein also stands on it’s own as the base for delicious SuperSmoothies.

Here’s a fantastic Vitamin C-rich and Florida-inspired SuperSmoothie that fuels you with 320 calories, 33 grams of plant protein and 11 grams of fiber.

Florida LivingProtein SuperSmoothie

3 scoops LivingProtein
½ cup fresh squeezed Florida orange juice (organic is best)
½ medium banana (organic is best)
3 ice cubes
12 oz. cold spring water
Mix in blender until smooth

Quick Tip! Don’t throw away your ripe bananas.  Instead, remove the peel and freeze them in a freezer-safe container.  Use them in your favorite SuperSmoothie recipes and they’ll keep up to 3 months in your freezer.  The cold locks in the nutrition and taste, provides a creamy consistency and chills your SuperSmoothie in the process.

‘The Dynamic Role of Proteins’ is a compelling chapter in my new book The Super Health Diet: The Last Diet You Will Ever Need! Today’s recipe is just one of 23 delicious and nutrient-packed SuperSmoothie recipes you’ll find in it’s pages.
