Call it chocolate pudding or the more upscale chocolate mousse, we call it delicious!  Chocolate pudding is a taste treat many of us grew up savoring.  However, traditional pudding is often devoid of nutrition with ingredient lists chock-full of sugar, sugar variations, and conventional dairy.

Instead, try Living Fuel’s LivingProtein Chocolate SuperFood Pudding featuring the one-of-a-kind plant protein/fiber blend LivingProtein, organic cocoa powder with organic banana and organic nut butter for sweetness, creaminess, and consistency.  It’s deliciously milk-free, soy-free, and gluten-free; rich in plant fiber and protein!

LivingProtein Chocolate SuperFood Pudding 
LivingProtein1 scoop LivingFuel LivingProtein 
1 medium frozen banana 
¼ cup organic nut butter (peanut, almond, macadamia, or cashew) 
2 tablespoons organic cocoa powder 
½ cup cold purified water (may adjust water for desired consistency) 
Optional: Dash of organic ground cinammon and organic nutmeg 
Optional: Garnish with fresh seasonal berries 
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth.  Makes two servings.  Each serving fuels you and those you love with 295 calories, 15g of protein, and 7g of fiber!

The glorious avocado is rich in satisfying smart fats, full of vital vitamins and minerals and is creamy and absolutely delicious.  And there’s nothing like a bowl of fresh-made guacamole.  Add LivingFuel SuperGreens to ripe avocado and you’ve created a complete meal with plant protein, organic superfoods, vitamins, minerals, herbs, antioxidants, prebiotics, probiotics, and digestive enzymes—we call it LivingFuel Super Guacamole and your whole family will love this fun and easy Living Fuel spin on a summertime classic. 
1 scoop LivingFuel SuperGreens   
2 medium organic Hass avocados 
1 diced organic tomato 
½ chopped organic onion 
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil 
Juice from one organic lemon (or lime)

Shell the avocado and remove the pit.  Mash the avocado and mix in the ingredients.

LivingFuel Super Eggnog
1 scoop LivingFuel LivingProtein
1 cup chilled organic almond milk or coconut milkTurn on display images to view.
2 organic eggs
1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
½ teaspoon organic nutmeg
¼ frozen banana

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.  If you prefer your eggnog a bit less thick, add ¼ to ½ cup of water and blend until desired consistency is achieved.  Enjoy!
