As many of you know, I created Living Fuel as a result of addressing health challenges faced by my wife Monica, a former Miss Florida and Miss Florida USA. Monica’s experiences of anxiety, fear, panic and depression, and the futility of conventional medical approaches (drugs, psychotherapy) inspired me to find an answer.
Understanding the health and healing benefits of optimal nutrition, I began to search for the ‘perfect’ nutritional product or food that would help Monica in her health challenges.
